At Peel Arts & Health, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to share their story and advocate for their health. Our free programs focus on providing the necessary skills for BAC youth to navigate healthcare environments with confidence. Through workshops and drop-in sessions that are built on the principles of storytelling and narrative medicine, we create a safe space for youth to discuss their experiences and learn to advocate for themselves in medical contexts. Join us in our mission to empower young voices in the Peel region.
We believe in empowering youth to take charge of their healthcare journeys through knowledge and storytelling.
Building a strong community where BAC youth can share experiences and support one another.
We're a youth-led organization that will work alongside youth, families, and partners to co-create programs that reflect lived experiences and lead to meaningful change.
Our purpose is to empower BAC youth to effectively engage with healthcare providers and advocate for their health needs.
